本条款说明你使用 XYZRemote（“玲珑远控”“本 App”）的条件。请在使用前阅读本条款、隐私政策、AI 服务声明和适用的最终用户许可协议。若你不接受适用条件，请停止使用；本条款不减损适用法律赋予你的强制性权利。
1. 功能与使用条件
XYZRemote 提供获授权的 Mac 远程桌面查看与操作、局域网发现与配对、多显示器切换、鼠标键盘输入、按需文本剪贴板和普通文件传输。iPhone/iPad 为控制端；Mac 可作为控制端或被控端。本 App 不提供对另一台 iPhone 或 iPad 的系统级触控控制。
当前版本要求 iOS/iPadOS 18 或更新版本，或 macOS 15 或更新版本。被控 Mac 需要运行配套 App、保持必要服务可用，并获得系统权限。本机服务器模式需要可用的 LiveKit 运行时。自动发现和密码配对主要适用于同一局域网；跨网络连接需要你自行配置可达服务器与加密连接，不含开箱即用的云端账号或公共中转服务。
2. 设备所有者授权
只连接你拥有或有权管理的设备，并取得设备所有者和涉及信息主体的适当许可。知道密码、身处同一局域网或获得技术上的连接能力，不等于对任何操作和内容都获得法律授权。
普通配对需要被控 Mac 明确允许。无人值守访问由设备所有者主动开启，使用独立密码验证，可能省去逐次点击确认。你应保护密码、参与者令牌及服务器密钥，只向可信人员提供访问；停止授权时应关闭相应入口，并主动断开已有会话、停止共享及按需撤回系统权限。
如果你代表组织使用，应具有相应授权，并遵守组织的设备、信息安全、保密和员工隐私制度。未成年人应在监护人适当指导下使用，不向陌生人开放远程访问。
3. 禁止用途
- 未经许可控制、监视、录制他人设备，或绕过设备所有者、系统和组织的授权限制；
- 窃取凭据、文件、商业秘密或个人信息，实施诈骗、骚扰、勒索、入侵或传播恶意程序；
- 诱导他人以维修、客服、退款等名义授予不必要的远程控制权；
- 侵犯知识产权、保密义务或其他权利，或规避适用的软件、内容及网络服务使用限制；
- 破坏本 App、连接设备、网络或服务器的正常运行，滥用验证和传输接口。
4. 远程操作的影响
远程输入可能立即执行删除、发送、安装、购买、修改设置或其他操作。请确认当前目标设备、窗口和输入位置，操作前检查后果；网络延迟、显示缩放、键盘布局及重连可能影响操作结果。对重要文件和配置保留独立备份。
远程画面可能显示其他应用、系统通知和秘密信息。你对分享范围及接收者作出决定，并应取得必要权利。XYZTech 不因提供远程工具而取得你的文件、画面或其他内容的所有权，也不向你授予第三方内容的额外使用权。
5. 剪贴板与文件责任
自动文本剪贴板同步默认关闭。启用或主动请求同步可能发送当前剪贴板；接收的文本可能覆盖本机剪贴板。请检查密码、验证码及其他敏感内容。断开会话不会撤回已经发送、粘贴或保存的副本。
普通文件传输目前不支持文件夹、符号链接或空文件，单个文件最大 2 GB。授权会话可列出传输共享目录中的合格文件，请只放入愿意分享的内容。成功传输不表示对方已备份，也不等于对内容进行病毒检测或确认其合法性；在打开接收文件前自行检查来源。
6. 网络、服务器与第三方服务
你配置的服务器、网络和远端应用由相应运营者控制，其服务、隐私、费用、访问及保留规则分别适用。使用 LiveKit 软件不等于 XYZTech 或 LiveKit 公司向你提供托管云服务。保护服务器及本机服务配置是设备或服务管理者的责任。
公网地址要求 wss://；本机或受支持的局域网地址可使用无 TLS 的 ws:// 信令。当前版本未增加应用层端到端加密，不承诺服务器运营者无法接触会话内容。不要把配对成功理解为对全部网络和接收方的安全担保。
7. 价格与费用
当前首发版本免费，没有内置会员、订阅或应用内购买。App 免费不代表你的网络流量、服务器托管、第三方软件或远端服务免费；这些费用由相应提供方按其条款收取。
未来如提供收费项目，会在购买前另行展示适用价格、权益和条件，并通过适用平台流程确认；本条款不构成对未来收费或自动续费的预先同意。
8. 隐私与 AI
隐私政策说明会话传输、本机凭据、广播、剪贴板、文件、运行日志及删除限制。当前版本没有内置 AI 推理、智能代操或向 AI 服务发送内容的功能。你在远程 Mac 上自行使用的 AI 或其他服务，按其各自条款处理信息，详见 AI 服务声明。
9. 可用性、更新与中止
功能依赖系统权限、运行时、网络、设备状态、版本兼容性及服务器配置。XYZTech 不承诺永久在线、固定时延、无限文件兼容、不中断连接或可用于安全关键任务。不要将本 App 作为紧急救援或必须持续控制的唯一渠道。
我们可能修复、更新或调整功能。若重大变化影响你的权利或需要新的授权，将按适用要求告知或征求同意。你可随时断开、停止使用并卸载；卸载不保证删除钥匙串、传输目录、备份或其他设备副本。
10. 责任与适用权利
本 App 按届时可用功能提供。对于法律允许限制的责任，我们不保证所有设备、内容或外部服务均能正常使用，也不对由不受我们控制的网络或第三方配置作出承诺。任何免责或限制均以适用法律允许为限，不排除依法不得排除的保证、消费者救济或其他责任。
本条款不设定超出法律允许范围的用户赔偿义务，不强制你放弃依法享有的诉讼、投诉或消费者保护权利。争议应依据适用法律通过协商或有权机关解决。
11. 许可、更新条款与联系
App 的软件使用许可另见最终用户许可协议。通过 Apple App Store 获得且没有有效自定义许可协议的版本适用 Apple 标准 EULA 及相关平台使用规则。本条款不扩大或缩减强制适用的平台许可。
我们会标注条款更新日期；重大修订按适用要求处理。本条款的中英文版本意图一致，任何适用的消费者语言保护和强制性法律优先。

XYZRemote Terms of Service

These terms describe use of XYZRemote, also known as 玲珑远控. Read them with the Privacy Policy, AI Service Disclosure, and applicable software license. Stop using the app if you do not accept applicable conditions. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
1. Service and requirements
XYZRemote provides authorized Mac desktop viewing and control, LAN discovery and pairing, display switching, pointer/keyboard input, optional text clipboard exchange, and ordinary-file transfers. iPhone/iPad are controllers; Mac can control or host. It does not provide system-wide touch control of another iPhone or iPad.
The current version requires iOS/iPadOS 18 or later or macOS 15 or later. The host Mac needs the companion app, necessary system permissions, and available services. Local-server mode needs a usable LiveKit runtime. Automatic discovery and password pairing primarily serve the same LAN; internet access requires your own reachable server and encrypted connection configuration. No bundled cloud account or public relay service is included.
2. Authorization
Use only devices you own or are authorized to administer, with appropriate permission for affected information. Possessing a password, sharing a network, or being technically able to connect does not authorize every operation.
Ordinary pairing requires host approval. Owner-enabled unattended access uses a separate password and may remove the approval click for each connection. Protect passwords, participant tokens, and server keys. To withdraw access, disable the relevant entry point, disconnect existing sessions, stop sharing, and revoke system permissions when appropriate.
Organizational use requires authority and compliance with applicable device, confidentiality, security, and workplace privacy requirements. Minors should have appropriate guardian guidance and must not grant access to strangers.
3. Prohibited use
Do not access, monitor, or record devices without permission; bypass authorization; steal files or credentials; conduct fraud, harassment, extortion, intrusion, or malware distribution; induce unnecessary access under false support or refund claims; infringe intellectual property or confidentiality; evade third-party restrictions; or disrupt the app, devices, networks, or authentication and transfer services.
4. Consequences of remote input and content
Remote input may immediately delete, send, install, purchase, or change settings. Confirm the target device, window, input focus, and consequences. Latency, scaling, keyboard layouts, and reconnection can affect results. Maintain independent backups of important files and configurations.
Shared displays may include other apps, notifications, and secrets. Obtain necessary rights and decide what to share and with whom. Providing this tool gives XYZTech no ownership of your content and gives you no additional rights to third-party content.
5. Clipboard and files
Automatic text clipboard synchronization starts off. Enabling it or requesting a snapshot may send existing clipboard text; received text may replace local clipboard contents. Check for secrets. Disconnecting cannot recall content already sent, pasted, or saved.
Transfers currently support non-empty regular files up to 2 GB, not folders or symbolic links. Authorized sessions can list eligible files already in the shared transfer directory. Share only intended files. Transfer success is not a backup, malware scan, or legality check; inspect received files before opening them.
6. Networks and third parties
Your server, network, and remote applications are controlled by their respective operators, whose terms, pricing, privacy, access, and retention arrangements apply. LiveKit software use is not itself a hosted cloud service from XYZTech or LiveKit. Device/server administrators are responsible for protecting their configurations.
Public endpoints require wss://; supported LAN or loopback endpoints may use ws:// signaling without TLS. The current app adds no application-level end-to-end encryption and does not promise that operators cannot access session content. Successful pairing does not guarantee every later link or recipient is secure.
7. Fees
The initial release is free and has no built-in membership, subscription, or in-app purchase. Network, hosting, software, or remote-service charges may still apply under the relevant provider’s terms. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, benefits, and conditions before purchase and use applicable confirmation procedures. These terms do not pre-authorize future charges or renewal.
8. Privacy and AI
The Privacy Policy explains session flows, local credentials, discovery, clipboard, files, logs, and deletion limits. The current version has no built-in AI inference, autonomous operation, or AI-provider upload feature. AI or other services that you use on the remote Mac follow their own terms; see the AI Service Disclosure.
9. Availability and changes
Features depend on permissions, runtime availability, network, device state, compatibility, and server configuration. Continuous operation, fixed latency, universal compatibility, and safety-critical use are not guaranteed. Do not rely on the app as the only emergency or continuously required control channel.
Features may receive fixes or changes. Material changes affecting rights or requiring new permission will be handled under applicable notice/consent requirements. You may disconnect, stop use, and uninstall. Uninstalling does not guarantee erasure of Keychain items, transfer directories, backups, or recipients’ copies.
10. Responsibility and legal rights
The app is provided with its available features. Where law permits limitations, we do not guarantee operation with every device, content item, or external service, or configurations outside our control. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove non-excludable warranties, remedies, or responsibility.
These terms impose no indemnity beyond what law permits and do not require waiver of applicable court, complaint, or consumer-protection rights. Disputes should be addressed by agreement or competent authorities under applicable law.
11. License, revisions, and contact
Software licensing is addressed in the EULA page. App Store versions without a valid custom license are subject to Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable platform usage rules. These terms do not override mandatory platform licensing.
Revisions carry an updated date and follow applicable requirements for material changes. Both language versions are intended to be consistent; mandatory local law and language protections prevail.
