App Store 许可安排：对于通过 Apple App Store 获得、且未提供有效自定义 EULA 的 XYZRemote 版本，适用 Apple《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》（标准 EULA）。本页提供该正式文本入口及玲珑远控的产品使用说明，不替换标准 EULA。
1. 适用的软件与许可
本页所指软件为 XYZRemote（“玲珑远控”）的 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac 客户端，以及应用提供方按适用许可交付的更新。软件知识产权和未授予的权利由各自权利人保留。具体许可范围、设备使用规则、转让限制、终止和适用保证，以正式适用的 EULA、平台规则和强制性法律为准。
如你在购买或下载时获得另一份有效许可协议，应查看该版本的适用范围。独立安装的 LiveKit 运行时或其他第三方软件受各自许可约束，不因本页而变成 XYZTech 的专有软件。
2. 允许的远程使用
XYZRemote 允许你在取得必要设备及内容授权后，通过配套客户端查看和操作 Mac、切换显示器、发送鼠标键盘输入、按需交换文本剪贴板和传输普通文件。向另一台授权设备显示桌面与传送控制事件属于本产品用途；它不等同于向他人转让 App 代码或第三方软件许可。
使用远程应用、操作系统、字体、内容、账号及网络服务时，其各自许可和使用条件仍分别适用。你应确认远程使用方式和同时使用人数符合相关权利人的要求。本 App 不授予对第三方软件或内容的额外权利。
3. 授权与安全边界
只控制你拥有或有权使用的设备。系统屏幕录制、辅助功能及文件权限必须由适当权利人授予。普通配对由被控端明确确认；主动开启的无人值守验证不能被解释为对隐藏监视、窃取内容或未经许可操作的许可。
设备访问、密码或令牌仅限授权范围内使用，不得借本 App 绕过系统、服务或组织的访问控制。要结束当前访问，请断开会话并停止共享；禁用一个未来连接入口不等于已经删除现有副本或终止所有外部服务。
4. 使用限制与开放源码
不得侵害本 App 或他人的知识产权、擅自移除权利声明、非法分发软件副本，或利用本 App 实施未经授权的访问、诈骗和恶意攻击。对反向工程、修改或再分发的具体限制，以适用 EULA 和法律为准；法律或某个开放源码组件许可明确允许的行为不受本页额外禁止。
LiveKit/WebRTC 及其他随版本使用的第三方组件保留各自版权和许可。就某组件而言，其开放源码许可授予的权利和要求履行的义务优先于不相容的产品说明。单独配置的服务器和其他软件还可能需要你自行取得相应许可。
5. 你的内容与数据
你保留自己拥有的画面、文件、文本和其他内容的权利，并负责在发送前取得必要授权。远端已经收到的内容可能被保存、复制或继续分享。软件许可不构成对这些内容用于开发者广告、画像或 AI 训练的概括授权。
隐私政策说明本机设置、钥匙串密码或派生凭据、局域网广播、传输文件、剪贴板、本机服务器密钥与日志。AI 服务声明明确当前版本没有内置 AI；使用远端其他 AI 软件的行为由相应服务约束。
6. 第三方依赖与费用
功能受设备兼容性、权限、网络、主机运行状态和 LiveKit 配置影响。当前 App 首发免费且没有内置订阅；外部托管、网络和第三方软件费用由其提供方决定。软件许可不包含对这些外部服务持续可用或免费的承诺。
7. 更新、停止使用与法定权利
你可通过断开、停止共享和停止使用管理远程访问；卸载 App 与删除已传输文件、钥匙串项目、服务器日志及外部副本是不同操作，详见隐私政策。许可的终止及终止后义务由正式适用的 EULA 决定。
任何有关可用性、保证或责任的解释均不得排除适用法律不允许排除的消费者权利或救济。本页不会要求你放弃强制性保护，也不对 Apple 另行承担的法定义务作出限制。App 许可与设备授权不能替代你对远程高影响操作的确认。

App Store licensing: App Store versions of XYZRemote without a valid custom EULA are governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page links to that formal agreement and explains product use without replacing the Standard EULA.
1. Covered software
This page concerns the XYZRemote clients for iPhone, iPad, and Mac and updates supplied under the applicable license. Software rights remain with their respective owners. The formal EULA, platform rules, and mandatory law govern licensing, device use, transfer, termination, and applicable warranties. Check any different valid license supplied for your version. Separately installed LiveKit runtimes and other software retain their own licenses.
2. Remote use
The product supports authorized Mac viewing and control, display selection, input, optional clipboard exchange, and ordinary-file transfer through companion clients. Sending a desktop and input events to another authorized device is the product’s purpose; it does not transfer app source code or someone else’s software license. Remote apps, operating systems, fonts, content, accounts, and services retain their own conditions, including any concurrent-use restrictions. XYZRemote grants no additional third-party rights.
3. Authorization and restrictions
Use only devices you own or are entitled to access. Appropriate parties must grant system and content permissions. Host approval or owner-enabled unattended verification does not authorize covert monitoring, theft, or operations outside permission. Do not misuse device access, passwords, or tokens or bypass system, service, or organizational controls. Disconnect and stop sharing to end current access; disabling a later connection route does not erase existing copies or terminate every external service.
Do not infringe software rights, unlawfully distribute copies, remove rights notices, or use the app for fraud or malicious access. The formal EULA and applicable law determine software modification, reverse-engineering, and redistribution restrictions. Rights granted by law or an applicable open-source license remain available.
4. Open-source and external software
LiveKit/WebRTC and other components retain their respective copyrights and licenses. For each component, its open-source rights and obligations prevail over incompatible product explanations. Separately configured servers and other software may require their own licenses.
5. Your content and data
You retain rights you hold in displays, files, text, and other content and must obtain necessary permission before transmitting it. Recipients may retain or share received information. Software licensing is not blanket authorization to use your content for developer advertising, profiling, or AI training.
The Privacy Policy explains local preferences, Keychain passwords/derived credentials, discovery, files, clipboard, service keys, and logs. The AI Service Disclosure explains the absence of built-in AI and the separate role of AI software operated on the remote computer.
6. Dependencies, changes, and stopping use
Operation depends on compatible devices, permissions, network, running host services, and LiveKit configuration. The initial app release is free without built-in subscriptions. External network, hosting, and software fees remain separate; their availability or price is not guaranteed by this license page.
Disconnect, stop sharing, and stop using the app to manage remote access. Uninstalling and deleting files, Keychain entries, logs, and external copies are different actions, described in the Privacy Policy. Formal license termination and resulting obligations are determined by the applicable EULA.
7. Formal terms, rights, and contact
Read Apple’s full Standard EULA and applicable Apple Media Services terms. The governing license and mandatory law prevail over conflicting explanations. Non-excludable consumer protections and remedies remain intact. The app’s license and device authorization do not substitute for confirmation of consequential remote actions. Both language versions are intended to be consistent.
