1. 适用范围与服务
本条款适用于 XYZTech 开发与维护的 XYZPhoto iOS 应用。开发者信息以 App Store 产品页所示为准。使用应用前请阅读本条款与隐私政策；如不同意，请停止使用。接受条款不等于同意可选统计或广告数据处理，相关选择单独提供。
XYZPhoto 提供照片整理、编辑、美颜、滤镜、裁剪、拼接、取色、曲线与 HSL、抠图、画布、文字识别与确认打码、面部打码、元信息查看与清理、网页提图、附近传图、AR 画廊、压缩转换、批量处理及本机增强等工具。功能可用性受设备、系统、输入格式、权限和资源限制影响。
2. 使用许可与内容权利
在遵守本条款、Apple 平台规则及适用法律的前提下，你可在自己拥有或控制的兼容设备上使用本应用。应用代码、设计、商标及模型等知识产权不转让给你；开源组件遵循各自许可。法律明确允许的行为不受本条限制。
你保留导入、编辑及导出照片的权利。请确认有权处理及分享相关照片、肖像、文字、素材与网页图片，不得侵犯他人隐私、肖像或知识产权，不得利用应用传播违法内容或干扰服务。本应用不因你进行本机编辑而取得照片所有权或公开发布授权。
3. 免费与 Pro
基础编辑、美颜、裁剪、滤镜、抠图、OCR 与确认打码、面部打码、曲线与个人配方、元信息查看与清理、经典取色和单图标准交付等可免费使用。Pro 包括五项能力：高级取色样式（侧栏、圆点、卡片）、统一批量交付、目标文件大小压缩、超分辨率增强、批量调色与水印；Pro 用户免应用内广告。
月订阅、年订阅及永久购买授予相同 Pro 层级，按有效购买权益使用。智能消除、去眩光与图片生成不是当前已售功能。批量交付最多20张；目标体积可能无法满足；标准交付支持静态 JPEG、PNG、HEIC，并受最长边8192、2400万像素和8位输出限制，不承诺保留 Live Photo 动态、HDR 或所有原始元信息。
4. 购买、自动续费、取消与恢复
商品价格、币种、计费周期和适用优惠以 Apple StoreKit 展示及购买确认页为准。本条款不固定地区金额。付款通过 Apple 处理，我们不接收银行卡完整资料。永久会员为一次购买，不自动续费；月和年订阅自动续费，除非你在下一次续费前通过 Apple 取消，具体扣费及生效时间以 Apple 确认信息和适用规则为准。
可从应用的管理订阅入口或 iOS“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”管理及取消。停止使用、卸载或关闭统计不等于取消订阅。可在会员页选择“恢复购买”，同步当前 Apple 账户的有效已验证权益。退款申请通过 Apple 的 reportaproblem.apple.com 或 Apple 支持处理，是否符合退款条件依 Apple 规则与适用消费者保护法律确定；本条款不排除法定权利。
5. 广告与可选统计
确认免费用户可能看到横幅或插屏，也可在广告可用时主动观看激励广告获得当前取色会话的高级样式授权。奖励需满足观看完成及验证条件；不是永久购买或 Pro 订阅，也不保证广告始终可用。
依据 Apple App Store 商店市场，大陆使用友盟统计与穿山甲广告，其他已识别市场使用 Firebase Analytics 与 AdMob/UMP；市场未知时不启动这些地区服务。统计默认关闭，两个统计提供方的选择独立保存，可在设置撤回。广告另受隐私流程、配置与可用性约束。当前使用非个性化广告配置；截至本次更新，穿山甲代码位尚未配置，国内不发起广告请求。具体数据与控制方式见隐私政策。
6. 本地处理、权限与外部服务
核心照片编辑、识别与增强在本机执行，草稿可在应用目录保存源图副本、参数和历史。按你操作，系统可下载 iCloud 照片，网页提图可访问指定网址，地图可显示照片已有 GPS，附近传图可加密传送至你确认的设备，保存或分享可把内容交给你选定的系统或第三方服务。这些服务及 Apple 购买另适用其规则。
应用按功能请求相册、AR 相机及附近传输所需权限，并在你粘贴时读取剪贴板。可在 iOS 设置管理权限，拒绝相关权限可能使对应功能无法使用。应用不提供照片社区投稿或公开内容托管服务。
7. 结果与责任边界
识别、打码、抠图、增强及元信息清理可能遗漏或产生误差，不保证完全匿名、清除所有敏感内容或达到特定画质。请在保存及分享前核对结果，并自行备份重要照片。编辑和标准交付生成副本，不自动替换原图；你主动进行的相册整理、删除或第三方分享须自行确认。
在法律允许范围内，应用按现状提供，不保证所有设备或第三方服务持续可用。任何责任限制不适用于依法不得排除的责任，亦不限制你的法定消费者权利。
8. 未成年人、更新与联系
未达到所在地独立订立条款或个人信息同意年龄的用户，应在监护人指导及必要同意下使用和购买。
我们可因维护、安全、平台要求或功能改进更新服务，并尊重已有有效付费权益及适用法律。本条款更新会在本页标明日期，重大变化通过适当方式通知；需要另行同意的处理不会仅以继续使用代替同意。问题或权利请求请联系 XYZTechFeedBack@gmail.com。隐私政策：XYZPhoto Privacy Policy。

1. Scope and service
These terms apply to XYZPhoto for iOS, developed and maintained under the XYZTech name. The developer’s identity is shown on the App Store listing. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the app; stop using it if you disagree. Acceptance of these terms does not authorize optional analytics or advertising data processing, which have separate controls.
The app offers photo organization, editing, beauty adjustments, filters, cropping, stitching, palettes, curves/HSL, cutout, canvas, OCR and confirmed redaction, face redaction, metadata tools, web image extraction, nearby transfer, AR gallery, compression/conversion, batch tools and on-device enhancement. Availability depends on device, OS, input, permissions and resource limits.
2. License and your content
You may use the app on compatible Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms, Apple rules and applicable law. No ownership of app code, designs, trademarks or models is transferred. Open-source components retain their own licenses. Restrictions do not override activities expressly permitted by law.
You retain rights to imported, edited and exported content. Obtain any necessary rights to process or share photos, likenesses, text, assets and web images. Do not infringe privacy or intellectual property, distribute unlawful content or interfere with services. Local editing gives us no ownership or public-publication license over your photos.
3. Free and Pro
Basic editing, beauty, crop, filters, cutout, OCR/confirmed redaction, face redaction, curves/recipes, metadata viewing/cleanup, classic palettes and standard single-image delivery are free. Pro includes five capabilities: premium palette styles (side bands, dots and cards), unified batch delivery, target-file-size compression, super-resolution and batch color/watermark processing. Pro users receive no in-app ads.
Monthly, annual and lifetime purchases grant the same Pro tier while entitlement is valid. Smart erase, glare removal and image generation are not currently sold features. Batch delivery supports up to 20 images; a target size may be unattainable. Standard delivery produces static JPEG/PNG/HEIC within 8192-pixel longest-edge, 24-megapixel and 8-bit limits; preservation of Live Photo motion, HDR or all original metadata is not promised.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple StoreKit and the purchase confirmation show the applicable price, currency, billing period and offers; no fixed regional price is set here. Apple processes payment; we do not receive full payment-card details. Lifetime access is a one-time non-renewing purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the next renewal; Apple’s confirmation and applicable rules determine billing and effective timing.
Manage or cancel through the app’s subscription-management entry or iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Uninstalling, stopping use or disabling analytics does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases synchronizes eligible verified purchases for your Apple Account. Request refunds through Apple or Apple Support; eligibility follows Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are preserved.
5. Ads and optional analytics
Confirmed free users may see banners/interstitials or choose an available rewarded ad for premium palette authorization in the current session. A reward requires completion and verification; it is not permanent access or Pro, and availability is not guaranteed.
Apple App Store storefront determines the provider: mainland China uses Umeng analytics and CSJ ads; other recognized markets use Firebase Analytics and AdMob/UMP. Unresolved markets do not start these regional services. Analytics is off by default, choices are separate for each provider, and you can withdraw in Settings. Ads depend on privacy requirements, configuration and availability. Current requests are non-personalized; as of this update mainland ad requests are disabled because CSJ placements are unconfigured. 6. Content processing and permissions
Core editing, recognition and enhancement run on-device. Local drafts may retain source copies, parameters and history. Your actions can cause Apple to download iCloud photos, web tools to visit chosen URLs, maps to display existing photo GPS, nearby transfer to send images over an encrypted session to a confirmed peer, or save/share to hand content to a selected destination. These external services and Apple purchases also have their own terms.
Photo access, AR camera and nearby-network permissions are requested as needed; clipboard images are read when you paste. Manage permissions in iOS Settings; declining can disable the relevant feature. The app does not provide a photo-submission community or public content-hosting service.
7. Results and responsibility
Recognition, redaction, cutout, enhancement and metadata cleanup can miss details or produce errors. Complete anonymity, removal of every sensitive detail and a particular image quality are not guaranteed. Review outputs and keep backups. Editing and standard delivery produce copies without automatically replacing originals; confirm any photo-library organization, deletion or external sharing you initiate.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of continuous device or third-party compatibility. No limitation excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts statutory consumer rights.
8. Minors, changes and contact
If you are below the local age for independent agreement or data consent, use and purchase with guardian guidance and any required permission.
Maintenance, security, platform requirements or improvements may require updates, subject to valid purchased rights and applicable law.
